Returns & Exchange

You have 3 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange only if:

  • The item is damaged

  • The item is defective

  • The item is stained

  • The item is incomplete or incorrect

Requests made after 3 days of delivery will not be eligible.


How to Request an Exchange

To request an exchange, contact our support team through the Contact Us page with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the issue

  • A brief explanation of the problem

Once approved by our support team, you will be provided with the return instructions and warehouse details.

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Please allow 7–10 working days for exchange processing after the item is received.


Refund Policy

We do not normally offer refunds on custom orders.

However, if an exchange or resolution is not possible, a refund may be issued at our discretion.

In such cases, shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
